Assistant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead our retail store’s daily operations, ensuring an exceptional omni‑channel experience for customers and smooth internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the customer service team, overseeing B2B order entry, eCommerce sales, and inventory movement to the sales floor.
• Implement and enforce operating procedures, manage scheduling, shipping/receiving, cash handling, and eCommerce fulfillment.
• Prepare and execute annual inventories while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, health & safety, and audit standards.
• Develop and deliver training programs, run daily game plans, and conduct shift‑starter meetings.
• Act as a brand ambassador, motivate staff through recognition programs, manage performance, and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of retail experience with a proven ability to coach, mentor and develop teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of building daily and weekly operational plans.
• High energy, enthusiasm and a drive to succeed.
• Basic computer proficiency.
