About the role

Couche‑Tard is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Lévis location. You will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe, well‑organized store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team of 2+ full‑time employees, including assistant managers and customer service representatives.
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule staff in line with company policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, inventory levels, and visual standards.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Conduct performance appraisals using Workday and provide ongoing coaching.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company signage requirements.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses, manage budgets, and forecast P&L performance.

• Proven leadership experience in a retail or service environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
