About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Bar Manager to support daily bar operations and ensure excellent service. The role is full‑time and involves close collaboration with the bar team.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate daily operations.
- Monitor staff performance.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Set staff work schedules.
- Supervise staff.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Manage events.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Flexible availability for evenings, mornings, nights, days and weekends.
