About the role
Join Colt Canada as an Assembler on the afternoon shift, working in a manufacturing environment to produce and package components. The role involves sub‑assembly work, packaging, and adherence to production standards while meeting security requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Perform packaging of products.
- Execute sub‑assemblies according to work instructions, pack lists, and ODS.
- Use hand tools and an arbor press for sub‑assembly tasks.
- Meet production standards and maintain quality.
- Read and interpret Operational Detail sheets and work instructions.
Required profile
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in an ISO‑certified assembly environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Restricted Possession and Acquisition Licence (RPAL) and enhanced security clearance.
- Familiarity with company policies and handling confidential information.
Required skills
- Hand tools (hammer, punch, screwdriver, scissors, allen keys, pliers).
- Arbor press operation.
- Heat sealer usage.
- Staking device operation.
