About the role
Join Demetres, a 35‑year‑old dessert‑focused restaurant, as an Artisan. You’ll become part of a team that values aptitude, personality and the ability to master multiple positions in a fun, fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Learn and perform a specialization such as Dessert Crafter, Barista, Host, DJ (Dish Jockey) or Server.
- Provide table service and ensure guests enjoy handcrafted desserts and ice‑cream.
- Rotate through multiple roles to develop versatile skills and support the restaurant’s operations.
Required profile
- Strong aptitude and personality; we hire for potential rather than a fixed title.
- Willingness to work late hours and thrive in a challenging, high‑energy setting.
- Commitment to learning several specializations and embodying Demetres’ guiding principles.
