Animatrice – socio‑recreational activities for families

About the role

La Dauphinelle seeks a full‑time Animatrice to design and lead socio‑recreational activities for families affected by domestic violence. The position is split between two sites (Maison de Clarisse and Maison d’Évelyn) and offers a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and animate weekend family activities for hosted families.
• Plan, organise and lead individual or group activities based on identified needs within a residential setting.
• Collaborate with specialised educators to develop age‑appropriate activity programmes.
• Answer phone calls and refer families to the intervention team or appropriate resources.
• Complete statistical forms and documentation.

Required profile

• Training in leisure management/intervention or related field, or experience working with children/families (e.g., summer camps).
• Fluent oral and written French and English; additional language is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence or in the process of obtaining one.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and flexibility to work day, evening and occasional weekends.
