Analyst – Private Equity (Funds, Co‑Investments & Secondaries)

About the role
The Analyst will support the Private Equity team in sourcing, evaluating and executing fund commitments, co‑investments and secondary transactions. Reporting to the Director, the role combines due‑diligence, financial modelling and ongoing portfolio monitoring across a $36 billion global private‑equity portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Screen and conduct due‑diligence on new private‑equity fund and co‑investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain financial models to value fund positions and secondary deals.
- Assist in the execution of fund commitments and co‑investments, including documentation and transaction coordination.
- Monitor existing investments, track performance and prepare analytical reports.
- Participate in internal projects and stay informed of market trends and best practices.
Required profile
- Undergraduate degree with strong academic results.
- Internship or 1‑2 years of full‑time experience in accounting, equity research, private equity, investment banking, consulting or corporate M&A.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
