AI Native Full Stack Developer – Associate Manager/Manager

About the role

We are a forward‑thinking services company leading AI‑native innovation. As an AI Native Full Stack Developer you will build production‑grade, agent‑powered applications that embed AI throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Apply AI coding assistants and agents to design, generate code, test, review and deliver software.
• Design and implement enterprise‑ready AI agents covering retrieval, orchestration, policy‑based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses and lifecycle observability.
• Develop custom software components for distributed systems using modern frameworks.
• Build abstraction layers across AI providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI and Google to enable multi‑provider integration.
• Utilise Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, event‑driven patterns, CI/CD pipelines and observability tools to ship scalable AI‑native systems.
• Facilitate design workshops, proof‑of‑concepts and code‑with sessions with client stakeholders.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience delivering AI‑native solutions from design through production.
• Ability to work independently, translate complex problems into working software and thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Strong communication skills to act as a trusted technologist and advisor for enterprise clients.
