AI Augmented Quality Assurance Analyst I

About the role

LGI Healthcare Solutions, part of LGI, builds software used by healthcare organizations and is now integrating AI into its quality assurance work. It is looking for an experienced software quality professional to combine automation best practices with the emerging capabilities of AI agents, improve the reliability of its Windows and web-based solutions and help shape the company's quality vision.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, acceptance criteria and risks to prepare and run test scenarios, document results, qualify defects and help teams resolve them
• Maintain reliable test data and evidence and contribute to regression test coverage
• Identify tests suitable for automation based on repeatability, value and risk, and help integrate quality controls into pipelines and delivery practices
• Analyze execution results and quality data to find improvement opportunities
• Use approved AI tools to support scenario design, requirements analysis, test-data generation or analysis, defect investigation and results synthesis, while critically evaluating AI outputs and applying human oversight
• Document gains in quality, coverage, efficiency or productivity and share findings with the team
• Work with product, engineering and other partners to clarify risks and quality criteria, and share lessons learned to improve processes and tools

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 2 to 4 years of experience in quality assurance and test automation
• Experience designing and executing testing strategies
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in software development
• Bilingualism and an excellent command of French; a good command of English is an asset

Required skills

• Automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines and REST APIs
• Ability to influence team practices and make autonomous technical decisions
