Agricultural Customer Care Summer Intern

About the role

Join BASF Agricultural Solutions as a Customer Care Summer Intern and help Canadian growers succeed. You will provide product support, resolve agronomic inquiries, and gain hands‑on experience in customer service, agronomy, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Help customers make confident decisions by resolving product, agronomic and programming inquiries.
• Drive awareness and adoption of BASF solutions through demand‑generation activities.
• Own the outcome of customer claims by delivering timely and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with BASF teams to build industry experience and develop professional skills.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Science or related degree program.
• Passionate about agriculture and supporting Canadian growers.
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Customer‑focused with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Must be returning to studies after the internship; graduates are not eligible.
