About the role
Ultragenyx is seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support its Canadian operations. This fully remote position will work closely with the Vice President & General Manager and various functional leads, providing day‑to‑day administrative assistance across multiple time zones.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting requests for senior Canadian leadership using MS Outlook.
- Coordinate in‑person and virtual meetings, including logistics and event planning.
- Support financial processes, documentation, and special projects as directed by the VP/GM.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to schedule and confirm engagements.
- Provide administrative support to medical affairs, market access, commercial operations, marketing, and field teams.
Required profile
- Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Comfortable handling a flexible schedule and workload across multiple time zones.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.
