About the role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive office support in a fast‑paced environment. The role is fully onsite and requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and physical mail.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and arrange travel logistics.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and paper‑based.
- Perform data entry and generate reports using Microsoft Office applications.
- Assist team members with routine administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- College, CEGEP or equivalent certificate/diploma (1‑2 years) or comparable experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent multitasking, time‑management, and organizational abilities.
- Reliability, client‑focus, and a high level of accuracy.
