Administrative Assistant

About the role
The Administrative Assistant will provide dedicated support to senior executives at the Group Vice President level and assist the broader team as needed. Working in a fast‑paced hybrid environment, the role demands accuracy, confidentiality, and a high level of professionalism while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organise team meetings, town halls, leadership sessions and departmental events.
- Plan and execute team celebrations, holiday functions and other events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, invoices, correspondence, tables, charts and other documentation with high accuracy.
- Book meeting facilities, arrange equipment, refreshments and distribute pre‑meeting materials.
- Handle incoming inquiries, redirect requests and maintain organized filing systems.
- Collect and track data, conduct research, process expense reports and maintain records.
- Identify process‑improvement opportunities and recommend enhancements.
Required profile
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
