About the role
The successful candidate will support a global mining leader by reviewing reports, communications and documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity and proper context before distribution. While translation tools are available, the hiring manager requires real‑time validation to guarantee professional and culturally appropriate messaging across teams.
Key responsibilities
- Review and edit internal and external reports, emails and other documents for grammar, style and consistency.
- Validate translations between Portuguese and English, ensuring cultural relevance.
- Prepare and format presentation decks using PowerPoint.
- Monitor and update spreadsheets to track document status and distribution.
- Maintain a high level of detail orientation across a large volume of reports.
Required profile
- Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple documents simultaneously.
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on quality and consistency.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (mandatory).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sufficient to work with and monitor spreadsheets).
