Accounting Manager – CPA Required

About the role

Crowe MacKay LLP is seeking a Manager to join its Vancouver office. Reporting to the Partners, you will lead assurance and tax engagements while developing client relationships and mentoring staff.

Key responsibilities

• Develop in‑depth knowledge of accounting and assurance services, especially compilations and review engagements.
• Manage client portfolios, respond to client queries, and deliver work to Senior Managers or Partners on time.
• Delegate tasks, provide guidance and training to staff, and mentor senior and staff accountants.
• Conduct tax research, identify filing positions, and prepare client correspondence.

Required profile

• Professional designation CPA (or legacy CA, CMA, CGA) with 3+ years post‑designation public practice experience.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian taxation for corporations and individuals.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship abilities, and excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
