About the role
Cluep, an AI‑driven advertising company, is seeking an Accountant to join its Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will support the organisation’s financial operations by maintaining accurate records, handling invoices and ensuring timely processing of payments.
Key responsibilities
- Perform full‑cycle bookkeeping including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank transactions, account reconciliations and HST filings.
- Prepare and send monthly invoices, manage billing contacts and set up new clients.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices, statements and general information.
- Process daily bank deposits and customer payments.
- Handle vendor payments and complete vendor set‑up forms.
- Prepare and summarise expense reports.
- Assist the CFO, Finance Manager and Senior Accountant with ad‑hoc requests.
- Conduct internal audits of departmental processes.
Required profile
- University degree in Business with a specialization in Accounting.
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of full‑cycle accounting and bookkeeping standards.
- Excellent organisational and written communication abilities.
- Enthusiastic attitude toward the challenges of the role.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
