About the role
The Account Sales Manager (ASM) reports to the District Sales Manager and is responsible for outside sales of Red Bull products across an assigned route of off‑premise stores. The role focuses on increasing sales, securing product displays, and ensuring brand standards are met in both large and small format locations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage relationships with customer contacts at assigned Red Bull Canada Distribution (RBCD) accounts.
- Identify product needs, upsell inventory, cooler space, and displays, and achieve monthly sales, distribution, pricing, and merchandising targets.
- Maintain clean and functional Red Bull equipment and ensure proper product rotation.
- Monitor competitor activity, including new launches and price changes.
- Collaborate across the organization, share best practices, and act as a leader among peers.
Required profile
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Legal age to work in Canada.
- Experience in sales, account management, and direct store delivery (DSD) is a plus.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 40 lb of inventory or displays.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

What we offer
- Base salary range of $54,601 – $60,349 CAD per year.
- Commission bonus potential based on target achievement.
- Eligibility for discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation.
