About the role
We are looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our fast‑growing AI‑driven analytics platform for 3PL and eCommerce businesses. You will act as the bridge between our technical team and enterprise clients, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, driving adoption and retention.
- Lead custom reporting and data‑integration projects from post‑sale through full deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand operational challenges and design tailored platform solutions.
- Work closely with engineering to manage workflows, troubleshoot issues, and meet client expectations.
- Identify and propose process improvements to enhance scalability and client outcomes.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in client management, project management, or consulting, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
