Account Manager – Regional Client Portfolio

About the role

Scandinavian Building Services is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a mixed client portfolio of 15 sites across central British Columbia. You will split time between site visits, client relationship management, and supporting the cleaning teams, with flexibility to work from home when not on the road.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, service quality, and compliance with client standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and store managers, addressing complaints promptly.
• Manage hourly cleaners and subcontractor staff, handling scheduling, hiring, training, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a service environment.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and willingness to travel throughout the region.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure, lead a team, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
