Account Manager – Patient Monitoring (Atlantic Canada)

About the role

As an Account Manager for Hospital Patient Monitoring, you will drive sales growth and build lasting customer relationships across Atlantic Canada. You will develop strategic account plans, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and collaborate with global teams to deliver tailored solutions in a high‑stakes healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic account plans for complex accounts, targeting sales growth and profitability.
• Maintain senior‑level relationships with customer stakeholders, aligning solutions with their strategic objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional global teams to design and implement bespoke patient‑monitoring solutions.
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Travel up to 60% across Atlantic Canada and work both in office/home settings and hospital environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in customer relationship management, sales or account management within a consumer‑healthcare or medical‑device environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven ability to engage C‑suite stakeholders and achieve over‑quota performance.
• Willingness to travel extensively and comply with vendor credentialing requirements.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications.
• Experience using Salesforce for sales tracking and forecasting.

• Total cash target (base salary + variable incentive) of CAD $137,900–$176,700 annually.
