About the role
We’re looking for a driven Account Manager to grow our business with key retail partners across Canada. You will own customer relationships, lead account strategy, and deliver profitable growth for one of Canada’s most trusted food brands.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow national and regional retail accounts.
- Deliver sales, profit, and strategic growth targets.
- Build and execute customer business plans and joint initiatives.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, and trade programs.
- Turn data into action using NielsenIQ, Circana and POS insights.
- Identify opportunities in assortment, pricing, promotion, and distribution.
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product teams to bring initiatives to life.
- Build strong, long‑term customer relationships that drive mutual success.
Required profile
- 2–3+ years in CPG sales, account management, or category roles.
- Strong commercial mindset with solid P&L and trade understanding.
- Confident negotiator with strong relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to turn data and insights into clear selling stories.
- Strong communication skills; French is an asset for Quebec accounts.
- Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
