About the role
CrowdRiff is looking for an Account Manager to own a portfolio of Destination Marketing Organizations (DMOs) on the West Coast. You will be the primary point of contact, driving product adoption, customer success, and revenue growth while working remotely with a passionate, travel‑focused team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned DMO accounts, from onboarding to renewal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across each account.
- Execute outreach and engagement strategies to support product adoption, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in partnership with a Business Development Representative.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, support, marketing) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide field insights to help shape product and go‑to‑market strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales, preferably in SaaS or travel‑tech.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Passion for travel, visual storytelling, and technology.
