About the role
We are seeking an organized Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our eCommerce clients. Based in Toronto, you will bridge sales, internal creative teams, and back‑office functions to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to move deals through the pipeline and transition them to execution.
- Act as the day‑to‑day liaison for clients, gathering assets, brand guidelines, and project requirements.
- Coordinate design, creative, and development teams to keep projects on schedule.
- Manage freelancers, creators, and third‑party providers to ensure on‑time, on‑spec delivery.
- Work with accounting to handle invoicing, collections, and resolve billing questions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, project‑management, and communication tools.
- Identify risks or bottlenecks early and drive resolutions before they affect clients.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or project coordination, preferably within a digital, eCommerce or creative agency.
- Proven ability to own client relationships end‑to‑end.
- Strong organizational instincts with meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable proactively following up with clients, freelancers and internal teams.
- Based in Toronto and able to work on‑site 3–4 days per week in a hybrid model.
