About the role
Domaine, the world’s largest independent Shopify design and development partner, is looking for a highly motivated Account Manager. You will act as the client champion, bridging sales and production teams to ensure satisfaction and uncover growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mid‑to‑large clients, conducting regular check‑ins and handling escalations.
- Identify upsell and new business opportunities and pitch them to clients.
- Collaborate with production teams to resource projects and develop strategic recommendation briefs.
- Run Growth Councils and present strategic initiatives aligned with client goals.
- Monitor project health, manage risks, and ensure scope is controlled.
- Travel to company and client locations as needed, including outside regular hours.
Required profile
- Proven experience in enterprise or mid‑market sales and customer success.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and align agency and client objectives.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment.
