About the role

Domaine, the world’s largest independent Shopify design and development partner, is looking for a highly motivated Account Manager. You will act as the client champion, bridging sales and production teams to ensure satisfaction and uncover growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for mid‑to‑large clients, conducting regular check‑ins and handling escalations.
  • Identify upsell and new business opportunities and pitch them to clients.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resource projects and develop strategic recommendation briefs.
  • Run Growth Councils and present strategic initiatives aligned with client goals.
  • Monitor project health, manage risks, and ensure scope is controlled.
  • Travel to company and client locations as needed, including outside regular hours.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in enterprise or mid‑market sales and customer success.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to see the big picture and align agency and client objectives.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment.
