Account Manager – Buyer Specialist

About the role
You will manage a portfolio of managed buyers on the SourceKnowledge platform, driving investment growth, identifying upsell opportunities, and promoting relevant traffic types. The role requires close collaboration with publisher‑facing teams, accurate commercial follow‑up, and development of platform expertise over time.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of active managed buyers on the SourceKnowledge platform.
- Identify upsell opportunities and increase buyer investment in solutions and traffic types.
- Respond to requests from Publisher Account Managers and promote relevant traffic opportunities.
- Track insertion orders and ensure all related records are complete and accurate.
- Maintain up‑to‑date account activity, opportunities, pipeline developments, and notes in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align buyer needs with publisher opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Enforce quality standards and hold monthly review calls with top clients.
- Identify new demand‑side clients to expand the buyer list.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in account management, buyer‑facing, or advertiser‑facing roles within digital or performance marketing.
- Ability to quickly learn and master the SourceKnowledge platform.
- Comfortable using Salesforce to manage opportunities and pipeline visibility.
- Understanding of account growth, upselling, budget monitoring, and performance follow‑up.
- Strong analytical mindset to spot trends, identify issues early, and escalate when needed.
- Clear and confident communication with internal teams and external partners.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and disciplined in record‑keeping.
