Account Executive – Client Success & Operations

About the role

Insight Global is looking for an Account Executive to join its growing team. The role focuses on delivering seamless client experiences on the company’s platform, acting as a subject‑matter expert and handling executive‑level relationships across multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the platform and compliance subject‑matter expert for executive clients.
• Engage clients via phone, in‑platform messaging, and email, ensuring timely and accurate support.
• Oversee project and program execution, coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet campaign goals.
• Address complex, escalated issues and ensure key client needs are resolved effectively.
• Support team members and maintain alignment across departments.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in customer success, support, account management or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly.
• Experience interacting with high‑level executives and handling multi‑channel communication.
• High attention to detail, especially when reviewing brand guidelines and financial submissions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume, on‑site environment (5 days a week).

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
