Accessibility Tester – Mississauga

About the role

The Accessibility Tester will act as a subject‑matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, ensuring they meet Canadian accessibility legislation and standards. Working closely with project teams, the role supports the design, development, testing and maintenance of inclusive digital services for internal and external users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expertise on accessibility requirements for Dynamics 365, Power Platform and related Microsoft technologies.
• Advise project teams on creating accessible user experiences, workflows, forms, reports, portals and digital content.
• Review solution designs, functional specifications and code for compliance with AODA, ODAS and WCAG.
• Lead validation activities across all testing phases and support implementation, transition and warranty activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle to produce high‑level design artifacts and high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (3 years experience may substitute for each year of education).
• Minimum 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Located within commuting distance of Ottawa or willing to relocate to the Mississauga area.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
