Work‑From‑Home Call Centre Agent

About the role

Join a Canadian fundraising agency as a remote Call Centre Agent. You will use a warm, friendly voice to engage existing donors, secure new child sponsors, and encourage recurring contributions for charitable causes.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing supporters and potential donors.
• Introduce sponsorship opportunities, renew event participation, and promote monthly giving.
• Provide courteous, empathetic service while adhering to performance targets.
• Document interactions accurately in the agency’s CRM system.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and meet fundraising goals.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of customer service or call‑centre experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills and a genuine love for talking to people.
• Availability for full‑time hours (40 hrs/week) including evenings and occasional Saturday shifts.
• Self‑reliant, technically comfortable, and able to work independently from a home office.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a modern Windows PC (Apple or Mac not supported).
• Reliable high‑speed wired internet (minimum 25 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up).
• USB headset and webcam for clear audio/video communication.
