About the role

Join Inspire Direct Marketing as a Customer Service Representative and help inspire fundraising for leading Canadian charities. This full‑time, work‑from‑home position involves engaging donors, sponsors and event participants through outbound calls, creating meaningful connections that support important causes.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing supporters to raise funds and renew commitments.
• Introduce new donor programs, child sponsorships and monthly giving options.
• Provide friendly, empathetic service while accurately recording interactions.
• Meet performance targets without using cold‑call or high‑pressure tactics.
• Collaborate with a passionate team to share best practices and celebrate successes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of customer service or call‑center experience.
• Availability to work 1:00 pm‑10:00 pm EST Mon‑Thu, 10:00 am‑7:00 pm Fri, and occasional Saturdays.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine love for talking with people.
• Self‑motivated, technically savvy and able to work independently from home.

Required skills

• Professional home office with high‑speed wired internet (≥25 Mbps down/5 Mbps up).
• USB headset and webcam.
• Windows‑based PC or laptop (Apple/Mac not supported).
