Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

Join a Canadian fundraising agency as a remote Customer Service Representative. You will engage donors, welcome new supporters, and help renew contributions for charitable causes while working from home.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing donors to secure donations and renew commitments.
• Introduce new child sponsorship opportunities and promote monthly giving programs.
• Provide friendly, professional support and answer donor inquiries.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update donor information in the agency’s system.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a call‑center environment.
• Availability to work 1:00 pm‑10:00 pm EST Monday‑Thursday, 10:00 am‑7:00 pm EST Friday, and occasional Saturday shifts.
• Reliable home office with high‑speed wired internet (minimum 25 Mbps down/5 Mbps up), USB headset, webcam, and a Windows PC or laptop.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting charitable causes.
