Wholesale Lighting Fixture Sales Representative (Non‑Technical)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Wholesale Lighting Fixture Sales Representative to join our Calgary team. This non‑technical position focuses on building and maintaining relationships with residential construction clients, promoting our range of lamps and lighting fixtures, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and solicit potential wholesale clients in the residential construction sector.
• Prepare and present price quotations, invoices, and work orders.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up after contracts are signed to ensure ongoing support.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints and other technical diagrams to understand client requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and product innovations to keep the sales strategy current.
• Represent the company in international travel when required.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five years of sales experience, preferably in lighting or related wholesale markets.
• Strong client‑focus, excellent oral and written communication, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel internationally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
