Account Manager – Sales

About the role

The Account Manager – Sales will support the growth of new product lines within a custom machining environment. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for new product lines.
• Provide comprehensive customer service and address enquiries.
• Resolve account discrepancies and problems.
• Identify and assess customer needs to drive sales.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience; 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, custom machine shop or similar production settings.
• Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle and willingness to travel; criminal record check required.
• Ability to work under pressure, with minimal supervision, and maintain attention to detail.
