About the role

Join a five‑star luxury hotel in the heart of St. Peter Port as a Waiter/Waitress. You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience in an elegant setting.

Key responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, specials, and dietary requirements.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a hotel or fine‑dining environment.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Team player who can collaborate with kitchen, bar, and front‑of‑house staff.
