VP of Product Delivery & Growth – AI

About the role

This senior position owns product delivery and growth for the Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio, driving how validated offerings reach the market, achieve adoption, generate revenue, and become reference customers. The VP defines and executes end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy, co‑owns roadmap decisions with inbound Product Management, and leads the commercial model for new and AI‑enabled capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for the Integrated Care + SNF Reimbursement portfolio, from launch through scale.
• Lead pricing, packaging and monetization for new and AI‑enabled capabilities, collaborating with Pricing, Finance and Revenue Operations.
• Partner with inbound Product Management to shape portfolio direction, translating customer feedback and market signals into roadmap recommendations.
• Build executive relationships with strategic SNF, payer, practitioner and acute customers, leading beta and co‑development programs.
• Lead and develop the Outbound Product Management function, hiring, coaching and establishing operating cadence.
• Define and track portfolio, customer engagement and go‑to‑market KPIs, driving competitive analysis and thought leadership.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in product management, product marketing or product growth, with at least 5 years leading teams at Director level or above.
• Proven ownership of go‑to‑market strategy for multi‑product portfolios and accountability for adoption and revenue outcomes.
• Success building commercial models for SaaS and AI‑enabled products, fluent in ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV and churn metrics.
• Executive presence with ability to influence senior leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations and Professional Services.
• Experience hiring, developing and scaling teams through organizational change.
• Strong data‑driven decision‑making using qualitative and quantitative signals.
• Willingness to travel regularly to strategic customer sites and industry events.
