Senior Vice President, Product Management – Data Products & Strategy

About the role

The Senior Vice President of Product Management – Data Products & Strategy will define and execute PointClickCare’s enterprise strategy for treating data as a product. Reporting to the Chief Product & Technology Officer, this leader will shape the roadmap for customer‑facing data products, APIs, interoperability services, marketplace capabilities, and AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define a multi‑year vision for Data as a Product that aligns with corporate growth priorities.
• Identify and champion new business models and revenue opportunities enabled by data assets and ecosystem partnerships.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of the data products portfolio, including APIs and marketplace services.
• Set investment priorities, resource allocation, and success metrics for the portfolio.
• Lead executive‑level discussions with customers, partners, analysts, and industry organizations on data strategy and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Build and develop a high‑performing product leadership team, including VPs and Directors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management, data products, platform strategy, or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of leading large, complex product organizations and delivering measurable business impact.
• Experience driving enterprise transformation initiatives across multiple functions.
