About the role

The Vice President of Construction & Facilities Management will lead the design, planning, execution, and long‑term stewardship of Starlight Development’s luxury real‑estate assets. This senior position bridges strategic vision with hands‑on delivery, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of luxury construction and facilities projects, from concept to handover.
• Ensure capital projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Align project outcomes with the principal’s vision for luxury, resilience, security and future‑readiness.
• Drive aggressive schedules and manage complex logistics for remote or access‑limited sites.
• Build and lead multi‑site teams capable of executing family compounds, corporate retreats and commercial hospitality projects.
• Maintain vendor relationships, control costs and supervise operations for long‑term asset performance.

Required profile

• Proven track record delivering high‑quality luxury construction in remote or limited‑access environments.
• Experience with self‑sufficient infrastructure solutions and complex material‑logistics coordination.
• Strong background in design, construction management, vendor control and facilities operations.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams across multiple locations.
