Vehicle Inventory Uploader – Evening Shift

About the role

We are looking for a Vehicle Inventory Uploader to join our Production team on the evening shift. The role involves entering detailed vehicle information into Clutch’s inventory system to ensure each car meets quality and sales standards. The shift runs Monday‑Thursday from 4:30 PM to 3:00 AM and includes a $1.50 per hour shift premium.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capture vehicle features manually.
• Determine vehicle trim levels based on captured features.
• Copy data from documents (CarFax reports, specifications, recall information) into the inventory system.
• Complete uploads for each vehicle in a fast‑paced, repetitive environment.
• Collaborate with production teams such as detailing, shuttling, and inspections as needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized records for inventory and reporting.

Required profile

• Familiarity with common car brands and vehicle features in the Canadian market, with ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Proven experience with high‑volume, accurate data entry.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and reliability.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills for clear collaboration.
