Vans Sales & Leasing Consultant (Outside)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Vans Sales & Leasing Consultant to join our Mississauga dealership. In this outside‑sales position you will represent Mercedes‑Benz Vans, build relationships with customers and drive vehicle sales and leasing.

Key responsibilities

• Sell vans to achieve volume and gross‑profit targets.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the dealership and customers throughout the purchase process.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs.
• Listen actively to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate vehicles.
• Present vehicle specifications, features, benefits and pricing.
• Conduct road‑test drives to demonstrate vehicle performance.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in automotive or dealership environments.
• Experience with Mercedes‑Benz Vans sales is an asset.
• Customer‑service orientation with strong communication skills.
• Valid OMVIC license in good standing.
• Clean driver’s licence and abstract.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as CDK or Reynolds.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms like OneEighty or DealerTrack.
