Trims Designer – Accessories Design

About the role

Lululemon is seeking a detail‑oriented Trims Designer to join its Accessories Design team. You will work across bags, headwear, equipment, and socks, shaping the hardware and trim elements that define the brand’s performance and aesthetic.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of trims and hardware for all accessories categories, from concept through commercialization.
• Develop trim strategies that align with seasonal direction, brand vision, and performance requirements.
• Create 3D prototypes, explore form, function, materials, and construction to deliver innovative solutions.
• Produce clear trim boards, presentations, and storytelling assets that communicate design intent.
• Partner closely with Raw Materials Development and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration of soft and hard components.
• Participate in fittings, design reviews, and milestone tracking for both future seasons and in‑season products.
