Travel and Tourism Practice Director

About the role

Robosoft is creating a dedicated Travel and Tourism practice to expand its go‑to‑market capability. As Practice Director you will own the industry vision, shape the vertical strategy and act as the primary travel and tourism voice in client engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Robosoft’s travel and tourism go‑to‑market strategy, including target segments, key accounts and competitive positioning.
• Map high‑potential clients across airlines, OTAs, hospitality groups and experience‑led travel brands and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead client conversations, providing industry credibility and context to senior technology and product leaders.
• Build and nurture senior relationships with CTOs, CDOs and VP Product executives at target accounts.
• Collaborate with AI, Design & Product, and Technology leads to assemble cross‑functional teams for each opportunity.
• Contribute to proposals by delivering industry framing, client context and use‑case validation.
• Represent Robosoft at industry events, forums and conferences across the US.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in the travel and tourism sector, either as an operator, consultant or both.
• Proven track record of building and leading industry‑focused practices or verticals.
• Strong network of senior contacts within airlines, OTAs, hospitality and related travel brands.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable go‑to‑market plans.
