Transformation Change Senior Manager - Retail

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to drive transformation initiatives for retail clients. The role focuses on guiding consumer‑facing organisations through complex operational and digital change, ensuring both customer experience and employee engagement improve.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end transformation programmes covering store operations, merchandising, supply‑chain and IT.
• Develop human‑centred, agile strategies that align with client business objectives and drive measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagements and coaching sessions for frontline staff, district and regional leaders.
• Use predictive analytics and experience‑design tools to monitor adoption and embed data‑driven ways of working.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior retail executives, balancing trade‑offs between operations, merchandising and customer experience.
• Manage and mentor delivery teams, ensuring high‑quality consulting outputs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale transformation projects in retail or consumer‑facing environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to solve complex problems under ambiguity.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across frontline, regional and executive levels.
• Ability to translate strategic direction into actionable programmes.
