Transfer Agent – Sales Call Center (Full‑time)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing sales team as a Transfer Agent, handling inbound and outbound calls to qualified consumers. You will use an automated dialing platform to verify information, build rapport, and transfer leads to licensed insurance agents while earning a competitive hourly rate plus commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Speak with interested consumers using the automated dialing system.
• Verify and update customer information accurately.
• Build rapport and generate excitement about the offered products.
• Transfer qualified customers to licensed insurance agents.
• Earn commission for each successful billable transfer.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a call‑center, sales, appointment‑setting, or transfer role.
• Competitive, results‑driven personality.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Coachable attitude with a desire to exceed income targets.

Required skills

• Windows PC or laptop (i5 processor or better).
• Minimum 8 GB RAM.
• Wired internet connection (no Wi‑Fi or hotspots).
• USB headset with microphone.

• Base pay of $15 USD per hour for U.S. applicants or $19.50 CAD per hour for Canadian applicants.
