Textile Processing Supervisor

About the role

The Textile Processing Supervisor will lead a team of 5‑10 labourers in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement methods to achieve daily work schedules.
• Set up and adjust machines and equipment for textile processing.
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, reviewing performance as needed.
• Organize tasks and workflow to optimise productivity.
• Ensure compliance with security, safety, and criminal record check requirements.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
• 2 to less than 3 years of experience in textile manufacturing.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work shifts, including night, day, weekend, and overtime.

Required skills

• Machine setup and equipment handling in a textile environment.
