About the role
The Textile Processing Supervisor will lead a team of 5‑10 labourers in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring production schedules are met while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement methods to achieve daily work schedules.
- Set up and adjust machines and equipment for textile processing.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, reviewing performance as needed.
- Organize tasks and workflow to optimise productivity.
- Ensure compliance with security, safety, and criminal record check requirements.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in textile manufacturing.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work shifts, including night, day, weekend, and overtime.
Required skills
- Machine setup and equipment handling in a textile environment.
