Technical Recruiter – Contract (Toronto)

About the role

Our leading SaaS client is seeking a contract Technical Recruiter to join their Toronto team. You will partner with hiring leaders to attract senior technical talent across AI, cloud, enterprise architecture and professional services.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and hire senior technical professionals such as Strategic Builders, AI Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants and Technical Advisors.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that target passive candidates from top technology, cloud and consulting firms.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights, pipeline updates and hiring recommendations to hiring managers.
• Navigate ambiguous, fast‑changing business priorities and translate them into scalable recruiting plans.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience while using data‑driven metrics to drive hiring outcomes.

Required profile

• 6+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in‑house) focused on technical talent in enterprise software, cloud, AI, consulting or professional services.
• Proven success filling complex, customer‑facing roles such as Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, AI Consultants and Technical Account Managers.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology, cloud platforms, AI/LLM ecosystems, data platforms and solution architecture.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work on‑site a minimum of three days per week.
