Technical Project Manager

About the role

Fynite is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead execution across multiple engineering, data, and product workstreams. You will ensure projects stay on track, align with business objectives, and deliver results on time in a fast‑paced AI/ML SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sprint planning, roadmap tracking, and delivery timelines for engineering and data teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, tech leads, and data scientists to define and prioritize tasks.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve blockers across projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation using Jira, Confluence, and Notion.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews) and improve team velocity.
• Track and manage deliverables across multiple services and integrations in a SaaS and AWS environment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a technical project manager, program manager, or engineering manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s or PMP/Scrum Master/SAFe certifications a plus).
• Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud infrastructure, and agile methodologies.
• Experience managing projects that use AWS, Python/Django, Redshift, Glue, or SageMaker.
• Proven ability to work with remote, cross‑functional teams.
