Technical Project Manager – Enterprise Software Delivery

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross‑functional teams in delivering complex enterprise‑level software and systems integration projects. The role will be on‑site three days a week and is responsible for end‑to‑end execution, ensuring high‑quality solutions are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Define and control project scope, budget, timelines and delivery expectations.
• Track, analyse and report project progress, including regular status meetings and client‑facing updates.
• Maintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Changes).
• Facilitate planning sessions and coordinate activities across client and internal teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and blockers as needed.
• Prepare executive‑level reporting, monthly forecasts, milestone tracking and budget updates.
• Support and lead steering committee meetings with structured presentations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Proven experience managing projects with budgets exceeding $1 M.
• Strong background in project planning, scheduling and delivery across multi‑phase initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• PMP certification is a plus; exposure to cloud, data, AI/ML is beneficial.

What we offer
