Technical Project Manager - Cloud Application Migration

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead a 6‑month cloud migration program, defining strategy, coordinating stakeholders, and overseeing delivery across multiple workstreams. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week on site.

Key responsibilities

• Define the migration roadmap, phases, and delivery approach, translating business objectives into a structured program plan.
• Coordinate with enterprise architects, cloud teams, and application owners to determine migration waves, hosting strategy, and re‑hosting/refactoring decisions.
• Act as the single point of coordination across business, technology, security, infrastructure, and operations teams, facilitating governance forums and steering committees.
• Set up and manage governance structures, track milestones, and proactively resolve issues, blockers, and inter‑dependencies.
• Work closely with cloud architects, infrastructure, security, development, network, database, and DevOps teams to validate technical prerequisites and support design decisions.
• Maintain an inventory of applications and workloads, ensuring cut‑over readiness and post‑migration support.

Required profile

• Strong experience in designing and executing cloud migration programs.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and executive‑level communication.
• Experience with financial management of project budgets.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and project management standards.
