Technical Product Management Manager

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Product Management – Technical to lead the development of Business Identity solutions within the Mastercard Identity team. The role focuses on translating product strategy into detailed technical requirements and driving delivery across engineering, data science, commercialization and legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Convert high‑level product roadmap into clear technical specifications, plans and prioritized backlogs.
• Conduct detailed technical analysis of hardware and software components to ensure functional and business requirements are met.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to refine requirements, prioritize features and ensure alignment with regulatory and fraud‑prevention goals.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, interoperable Business Identity capabilities that improve onboarding, reduce fraud and support compliance.
• Monitor product performance, drive continuous improvement and ensure timely delivery of releases.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technical product initiatives in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
• Strong ability to translate business strategy into actionable technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Understanding of risk assessment, identity verification and regulatory compliance in the payments ecosystem.
