Teaching Assistant for BUSA 451/432 Courses

About the role

The Desautels Faculty of Management seeks a Teaching Assistant to support the undergraduate courses BUSA 451 and BUSA 432 (Creating Impact Through Research/Topics in Managing for Impact). The role involves introducing scientific research concepts to students, guiding tutorials, and assisting with research proposals, posters, and showcase presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver tutorials and provide academic support for research‑related assignments.
• Assist students in developing research proposals and research posters.
• Grade research‑focused coursework and provide constructive feedback.
• Evaluate in‑class and final Showcase Day presentations.

Required profile

• Interest or expertise in sustainability, strategy, experiential learning, or leadership development.
• Strong motivation for research development and academic mentorship.
• Eligibility to work in Canada and willingness to work on the McGill campus in Quebec.
• Proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written.

What we offer
